## 1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pixelor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

## 2. Description of Service

Pixelor is an AI UI library and visual component builder that lets users customize and export production-ready code and AI prompts for use in AI builders, page builders, CMSs, and custom websites.

## 3. User Accounts

- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You may not share your account or transfer it to another person

## 4. Pricing and Payment

Pixelor offers the following plans:

- **Free Plan:** 10 component unlocks per month with one-shot prompts and HTML/BEM code
- **Pro Plan:** $39/mo (or $347/yr) for unlimited premium components, split prompts, and Builder Import
- **Agency Plan:** $97/mo (or $797/yr) adding AI Remix, unlimited website systems, and client delivery rights
- **Founder Access:** $999 one-time for lifetime access, limited to the first 100 builders before the price increases

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

## 5. Refund Policy

We offer a **14-day money-back guarantee** on paid plan purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. See our [Refund Policy](/refund-policy) for complete details.

## 6. Intellectual Property

- **Our Content:** The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Pixelor and protected by intellectual property laws
- **Your Content:** You retain ownership of any custom content you create using our tools
- **Exported Code:** Code exported from Pixelor is licensed for your use in any personal or commercial project, subject to your plan's rights

## 7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without permission
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service itself

## 8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixelor and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

## 11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

## 12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

## 13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
