We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If Pixelor doesn't meet your needs, simply contact us for a complete refund.
1. Eligibility
Our refund policy applies to:
- Paid Pixelor plan purchases made within the last 14 days, including Pro, Agency, and Founder Access purchases made directly through Pixelor
- Requests submitted via email to support@pixelor.io
The Free Plan does not require a refund as there is no payment involved. Marketplace or partner purchases may need to be refunded through the marketplace or partner checkout where the purchase was made.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@pixelor.io
- Include the email address associated with your Pixelor account
- Include your transaction, order, license, or invoice ID if you have it (optional, but helps speed up processing)
You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request within the 14-day window.
3. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment processor or marketplace used for the purchase
- Account Status: Upon refund, the refunded plan, license, or entitlement may be removed and your account may be downgraded to the Free Plan
4. After the 14-Day Window
After the 14-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Service unavailability for extended periods due to issues on our end
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Other extraordinary situations at our discretion
