By accessing or using Pixelor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Pixelor is an AI UI library for ready-made website components, funnels, and multi-page website systems. The Service helps users preview, unlock, customize, copy, download, and export AI prompts, clean HTML/BEM code, ZIP bundles, and supported builder import or remix links for use in AI builders, page builders, CMSs, and custom websites.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person

Pixelor offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: $0 with 10 component unlocks per month, free UI components, one-shot prompts, HTML/BEM code exports, and ZIP bundle delivery
• Pro Plan: $39/mo or $347/yr for unlimited premium UI components, 5 premium website systems per month, split prompts, Builder Import, and commercial use for your own projects
• Agency Plan: $97/mo or $797/yr for everything in Pro, One-Click AI Builder Remix, unlimited premium website systems, client delivery rights, unlimited client projects, and white-label exports
• Founder Access: $999 one-time for lifetime access to current and future library drops, unlimited unlocks, AI Builder Remix, Builder Import, agency rights, and lifetime updates; available to the first 100 builders before the price increases

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable taxes. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and invoices are handled through our authorized payment processor.

We may change plan names, prices, limits, features, or availability over time. If you already have an active paid subscription, material changes to your current billing terms will apply according to the notice and billing rules shown in your account or checkout flow.

• Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Pixelor and protected by intellectual property laws
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any custom content you create using our tools
• Exported Assets: Prompts, code, bundles, builder imports, and remix links exported from Pixelor are licensed for use according to your plan rights
• Plan Rights: Free access is for personal exploration, Pro includes commercial use for your own projects, and Agency or Founder Access includes client delivery rights and white-label exports
• No Standalone Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish Pixelor assets as a competing library, template marketplace, prompt pack, or source package

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without permission
• Bypass account, plan, usage, export, or access limits
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service itself or the protected library assets except as allowed by your plan rights

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixelor and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
